Exploring Awe
For my Capstone Project, to earn my M.P.S. in Data Analytics and Visualization from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), I created a printable booklet exploring the science of Awe. The booklet introduces the science of awe and the data that supports striving to find more awe in everyday life and then invites users to see themselves in the data by mapping their own awe experiences.
The project presentation deck walks through the process of developing the project from choosing the topic, data exploration, making design decisions, testing and iteration and introducing the final prototype.
The project prototype includes links to the downloadable PDFs and a virtual version of the project created in Mural.
